Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IIT NEET Physics Lecturer to train 8th to 12th-grade students for competitive exams. The ideal candidate will have a strong conceptual understanding of Mechanics, Electricity & Magnetism, Optics, Modern Physics, and Thermodynamics, a proven track record of student success in competitive exams, and the ability to deliver interactive and impactful lessons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Physics to Classes 8th to 12th with a strong focus on competitive exams such as JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, NEET, JIPMER, AIIMS, and EAMCET, along with complete board syllabus coverage.
  • Develop effective strategies to help students master Physics concepts and solve numerical and application-based problems.
  • Design and implement a curriculum tailored to the demands of competitive exams while ensuring alignment with board standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and intensive practice sessions to evaluate and enhance student performance.
  • Provide detailed feedback and personalized guidance to help students overcome conceptual gaps and improve problem-solving speed and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and question trends, and integrate them into teaching methodologies.
  • Motivate and mentor students to build strong analytical skills and confidence in Physics.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to develop customized study materials, problem sets, and test papers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: M.Sc. in Physics or B.Tech/M.Tech in a relevant field from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching Physics to 11th and 12th-grade students for JEE (Mains & Advanced), NEET, and other competitive exams.
  • Strong command over all major Physics topics across the senior secondary curriculum.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging and result-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of producing successful student results in competitive examinations.
