  • 1. Fixed Fee Policy : The fee structure is non-negotiable, with no concessions, bargaining, or recommendations accepted.
  • 2. Exclusions : Fees do not include books, stationery, uniforms, study tours, competitive exams, or board exam fees.
  • 3. Payment Schedule : Tuition fees are payable in three terms.
    • a) Term 1: At the time of admission or by 15 June 2025 (50%)
    • b) Term 2: By 15 October 2025 (30%)
    • c) Term 3: By 1 December 2025 (20%)
    • d) If the fee remains unpaid for more than 30 days, the admission will be withheld, and a penalty of 3% per month will be applied to the outstanding amount until the payment is settled.
  • 4. Mid-Year Policies : Mid-year admissions and cancellations are subject to respective policies and charges.
  • 5. Refund Policy : Fees paid, including the application and admission fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances once they have been paid.
  • 6. Optional add-on services : once opted for and paid, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
